Sunrios is a website that gather people, hereinafter called Members who wish to receive offers from different Advertisers. 

 

By accessing or using our website (Site) located at www.sunrios.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to update, modify, add or delete provisions of the Terms. In this case, we will publish on this page the new Terms and we will update the date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Site after those modifications, you signify that you accept the new Terms. If you do not want to comply with the Terms, present or future, please do not or no longer access this Site. Registration to this Site is void where prohibited by applicable law. This Site is designed for users of fourteen (14) years old or more. Registration, use or access to this Site by any person under the age of 14 years is not authorized or covered by the current license and it is a violation of these Terms. By using the Site, you certify to be 14 years old or more, and you accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any transaction made on this Site by a minor must be made with the consent of parents or a legal guardian and they must adhere to the Terms.
 
To become a Member of Sunrios, you agree to provide appropriate personal information, current and complete, about you in the registration forms on the Site, which constitutes your Profile. You are required to update your Profile so your personal information remains appropriate, current and complete. You must also use a secured ID and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and it is forbidden to divulge them to any third party. You are entirely responsible for activities conducted on your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account and password.

 

 

 

The subscription to Sunrios is free. This allows you to use the price comparator, to filter the offers by country and currency, to be informed on special or limited time offers and to participate in the contests.
 
Sometimes the Site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other. Sunrios takes no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized use or degradation of communications of the Member. Sunrios is not responsible for any problems related to the network or telephone service, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or mobile phone, software, failure of email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any site or even a combination of these problems. Sunrios does everything in its power to limit the risk of transmission of virus from its Site, but each user, Member or non member, is responsible for establishing systems to protect its electronic and computer equipment.

 

Sunrios reserves the right to deactivate or close any account of a Member which does not comply with these Terms.

Sunrios make all efforts to find and negotiate good offers with Advertisers, but we do not guarantee the amount of offers or their content.
 
Sunrios does not check the contents of the offers made by its Advertisers and is not involved in transactions between Advertisers and Members. Although we deploy our best efforts to ensure security on our Site and to maintain integrity, we can not guarantee the quality and legality of items advertised the validity or accuracy of the descriptions and prices listed or even the ability of sellers to sell items and / or provide a service. Offers and discounts are offered by Advertisers and they are responsible for the content of their offers.  They are the only ones able to honor the offers they made.
 
Sunrios does not offer protection programs or methods of payment between Members and Advertisers. We do not solicit any Member on payment of an item offered by an Advertiser. If you receive an email with the logo of Sunrios to promote such services, do not respond to this message and send us a copy by email attachment to info@sunrios.com. These messages are undoubtedly the work of fraudsters attempting to obtain your money or personal information by mimicking the appearance of an email that can come from Sunrios.
 
Sunrios prohibits content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar or violating the privacy of a third party. If you find such content, please contact us and we will act as soon as possible.

 

 

 

The Site contains links to other websites (Third Party Sites). Sunrios does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any Third Party Sites and applications, software and third party content. We are not responsible for Third Party Sites that are accessible from our Site or applications, software and third party content published, installed or available on our Site. Sunrios is not responsible for the content, opinions, terms and privacy policies of Third Party Sites and their visit is at your own risk and under your full responsibility and is not governed by our Terms or our policies.

  

 

 

 

 

Any dispute concerning this Agreement which can not be settled through negotiations between the parties or their representatives will be submitted to arbitration pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code Procedure of the Province of Quebec (Canada).
