To search efficiently a product, we have put different level of precision. Each time you refine your selection, the counter show you the matching products. You can also use the advanced search to precise your budget and use keywords. Since a majority of merchants provide descriptions of their products in English only, we strongly recommend using English keywords. You can also specify your favorite brands and merchants and use the sorting and filters functions.
- Products made of natural, organic, sustainable, renewable, recycled or non-toxic raw materials
- Manufacturing a product not tested on animals or whose packaging is minimized
- Using the product that reduces waste, reduces energy consumption or reduces the toxins in the environment

Are my purchases done with Sunrios or with Merchants?
Sunrios is a search engine. Once you have selected the product you want, you are redirected to the website of the Merchant offering this product. All transactions are made directly with the Merchant using their purchasing policies.
There is a different between the price on Sunrios and on the merchant website, which one is the right price?
It is possible to find differences between what is on our site and what is on the site of a Merchant. The information on the site of a Merchant is always the one you must rely. If you enter with the free tour on our website, prices are by default those of the Merchants. If you log in, Sunrios converts the prices in your currency. However, this is an estimate since we update the prices twice a day and it could have a delay before the Merchant passes the transaction.
How to change the currency?
If you enter without log in, the default currency is the one of the Merchant. If you log in, prices are converted into your preferred currency. By default, your currency corresponds to your country of residence, but you can change the currency by going to your "Profile" under the Parameters Tab.
Did the Merchants ship in my country?
When you log in, we show you only the merchants who ship in the countries set into your Profile. By default, we put your country of residence, but you can modify or add countries by going into the Parameters Tab in your Profile. The merchants can always change their shipping policies and it is possible that some products could not be ship in your country. Always check the shipping policies of the merchants before ordering.
How much does it cost for shipping and duties?
The shipping and duties fees vary greatly from one product to another. Shipping fees depend on the size and the weight of your package, the place of departure and arrival of product and the price policy of each Merchant. The duties fees depend on country of manufacturing, country of origin and country of destination. Many Merchants offer a shipping calculator directly on their website (the duties fees generally don’t be part of the calculation). It is strongly recommended to read carefully all purchasing, shipping, return and warranty policies before making a purchase. If I want to return a product, how do I proceed?
All transactions are made directly with a Merchant and not with Sunrios. If you wish to return a product or for any question of customer service, please review the policies of the Merchant concerned on its website and in need you can contact them by email or telephone.
