Sunrios is concerned about the privacy of its Members. This Privacy Policy was created to describe the information we collect about you and how we use it. By using the Site, you agree that your personal data can be transferred and processed in Canada.
MEMBER REGISTRATION
When you register as Member, you must provide personal information required to identify yourself: Sex, First Name, Last Name, Complete Address, Email, Birthday, preferred language. Other information are optional.
These information are used to establish your membership account and can be found on your Profile. You can always change these information. We use these information to send you messages, information or opinions that might interest you (confirmations, renewals, promotions, new services, etc.).
Your Postal Code allows our system to calculate the distance between the offers from our Advertisers and your address.
Sunrios can use the data in your Profile without identifying you as an individual to third parties. The data allow us, for example and without limits, to estimate the number of visitors and the number of people interested in a product, a product category or an Advertiser for a given region. This allows us to customize the advertising and promotions that we offer on Sunrios. We believe that it is to your advantage as products and services will be more targeted to your interests.
If you register and participate in a contest, you agree that your First Name, your Last Name and your City can be displayed on our Site. If you win, you allow us to give your full contact details to the Advertiser so that he can give you your price. The Advertiser may require proof of identity to give you your price.
Personal information collected will be used only for the purposes mentioned above and are not disclosed to third parties unless we do so by law. This information is not visible on the Site by other Users.

We are not responsible for information you choose to provide to third parties, or when you are dealing with another user of the Site.
The user acknowledges that Sunrios does no research on the creditworthiness of Members (Members and Advertisers), their legal status or ability to follow through on their commitments.
Despite all our efforts to preserve the confidentiality of your information, third parties may unlawfully intercept, however, the information conveyed on our website. We can not be held responsible for any use or disclosure of information that is beyond our reasonable control.
